Wählen Sie die Ansicht Services, und wählen dann entweder Tasks > Actions oder klicken Sie länger auf den gewünschten Dienst und dann auf Actions. Von hier aus können Sie nun Dienste starten und stoppen.

Choose the Services View and either Select the Tasks -> Actions menu or klick and hold the service and then select Actions. It then allows to stop / start a service.
