SCO Partner Corner - UPS support

Generex, a german company provides the upsman software solution for controlling over 1000 different UPS models.

The software supports OpenServer 5 and UnixWare 7 and will soon support OpenServer 6 as well.

Intel PRO/1000 series Gigabit Ethernet family Drivers version 3.1.7a (osr507)

An updated eeG driver version for SCO OpenServer 5.0.7 is available here. It supports a number of new Intel and HP network cards for OpenServer 5.0.7

NetXtreme II Drivers Now Available

Broadcom has just released a driver for OpenServer 5.0.7 for their NetXtreme II line (BCM5706 and BCM5708). This river is called bnxii.

They have also released an updated bnx2 driver for these cards for OSR6/UW7. Both of these are available at http://broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/netxtremeii.php

Note: these drivers should also drive the HP NC371i which is the BCM5708 chipset. These drivers are supported by Broadcom.
HP will make the 'bnxii' driver available in their network driver update product, which is posted on the same download page as the EFS and firmware updates. The supplement is called:

HP ProLiant Networking Software
HP indicated that version 8.60, containing the 'bnxii' driver, is
scheduled to be posted on 3/26/07.
